GrowSmart Training is always on the lookout for people to help advance our vision of offering excellence in vocational training for the Production Horticulture, Horticulture and Conservation & Land Management industries.

To deliver accredited training to our students, you’ll need to have (or be eager to obtain) a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. 

You might have a wealth of experience in some of the areas we offer. People we employ typically have at least one of the following skills or qualifications:

• Natural resource management or ecology
• Motor Mechanic (diesel, small engines)
• Irrigation
• Knowledge of farm chemicals and spraying experience
• Crop nutrition management
• Soil management
• Team leading and business management
• Graphic design
• Administration
• Finance
