Learn how to operate and maintain mobile elevated work platforms safely in typical workplace situations in the production horticulture industry.
Introduction:
This one day training session takes participants through machine operation, inspection procedures, record keeping and reporting. This accredited training session is aligned with one unit of competency AHCMOM305 Operate specialised machinery and equipment that can further be used towards gaining a full Production Horticulture Certificate. Training places are limited to ensure adequate time for practical supervised operation. Booking of inhouse workshops for businesses with 4 or more staff is encouraged.
Participants need to be wearing suitable working attire including closed in footwear and other appropriate PPE for the task they will be using the MEWP for.
