STAFF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING DAY

Introduction:

This training session covers the characteristics of a good leadership and basic management skill including:
 
  • decision making,
  • communication,
  • team building,
  • change management,
  • dealing with conflict and difficult people,
  • administrative procedures in managing staff,
  • managing workforce performance, and,
  • legislative, industrial matters.
Students can gain the unit 'Manage enterprise staff requirements' (AHCBUS511) upon successful completion of the assessment tasks provided during the session.
