Leadership and Management Short Courses

STAFF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Entry level training sessions for Leadership and Management are offered as half day and full day workshops.

These workshops are structured for class sizes between 4  to 8 people to optimise participation and can be targeted at specific leadership levels within an organisation.  Enquiries to facilitate requirements of larger organisations are welcome and custom leadership development programs can be arranged by request.

Exclusive inhouse and offsite workshops are also available.

FULL DAY Staff Leadership & Management training is offered as a *non accredited workshop covering the following topics:
 
  • communication;
  • team building;
  • dealing with conflict and difficult people;
  • administrative procedures in managing staff;
  • managing workforce performance; and,
  • legislative & industrial matters.
Cost: $350 per person

*Accredited achievement of the unit 'Manage enterprise staff requirements' (AHCBUS511) can be arranged prior to training subject to successful completion of the assessment tasks provided during the session. This training can contribute to achieving a Diploma in Horticulture.  

HALF DAY Staff Leadership & Management training covers the following topics:

  • Building Capability
  • Managing Under Performance
  • Managing Conflicts
Cost $250 per person
